With expertise in regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and operational strategy, she has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, developed automation solutions, and improved risk management frameworks across industries, including wealth management, government, and technology.

Born in Prieto Diaz, Philippines, and having lived in multiple countries, Paedyn's diverse experiences shaped her into an adaptable and resilient leader. She considers Houston, Texas, her hometown, where she graduated from George Bush High School before joining the United States Air Force. During her decade of military service, she held leadership roles in quality assurance, financial analysis, and operations, managing a $1.7 billion portfolio and ensuring regulatory integrity.

After her military career, Paedyn made San Antonio, Texas, her home, where she transitioned into the private sector, applying her expertise to business optimization and compliance. She holds a bachelor's degree in Cyber and Information Security Technology from East Coast Polytechnic Institute University (ECPI) and continues to leverage her leadership skills to drive business success.
